A rare moving fillister plane by British plane maker S. Hunt.  Plane is fully functional (iron and knicker require sharpening/honing).  Plane body is beechwood.  Boxwood wear strip dovetailed into body of the plane. Maker’s mark clearly visible on nose of plane.  All parts/hardware are original.  Overall very good condition with some minor bruising on wedge from original use and a stable repair to the front of the movable fence – a previous owner inserted a screw into side of the fence to stabilize the crack that extends to the first recess for adjusting the fence.
