An antique American handled screw arm plow plane by D.R. Barton. Very good condition, all parts including irons are original. Plane made of beechwood; boxwood nuts. Minor bruising on wedge and minor chips on screw arms. Screw arms nuts turn freely and fully secure arms at desired setting. Staining on skate. Plane is fully functional and can be used as originally intended (iron requires sharpening/honing). Makers mark imprint is visible on nose of the plane.
