Maker:  C. Fuller, Boston, MA; circa 1836-1870

A rare antique American thumb screw arm wedge arm plow plane by C. Fuller.  Normal wear from use but overall in very good condition, all parts including irons are original.  Plane made of flame beechwood.  Some bruising on wedge and minor stable hairline cracks visible on top side of the body.  Hairline stable surface crack on top front edge of fence. Plane is fully functional and can be used as originally intended (iron requires sharpening/honing).  Makers mark imprint is visible on nose of the plane.  Pollak “American Wooden Planes”, 4th edition rarity rating:  2 stars (rare).
