Maker: S.J. Addis, London, circa 1861-1880
A rare example of a cove molding plane by S.J. Addis of London. Made of quarter sawn beechwood. Maker’s mark clearly visible on nose of plane. All parts/hardware are original. Plane is fully functional (iron requires sharpening/honing before use). Overall very good condition with some slight bruising to the top of wedge. Maker’s mark is visible on nose of plane.
